Although this is an extra step in the shopping process, it also means we can alter a project to stay within your budget – Let us know!

Similar to product pricing, there are a lot of factors that will affect project turnaround. Let us know if you have a deadline, and we will do what we can to make it happen. This might mean using alternative materials or a less intricate design to simplify the process. 

Most likely – Yes! We encourage you to share your inspiration and be active in the design process. Share your ideas or even a mood board!

We have PayPal & Venmo, or if you are local we can take Cash or Check. We also have an Etsy page (but know that the prices are higher because of fees and shipping costs!)

We offer a few options and try to include shipping in the pricing. We can also avoid shipping costs all together if you are local! Speak up if you’re in the Northeast Pennsylvania Area <3

Due to the nature of custom work, materials and labored can’t be “returned” like with a traditional product purchased in a store.
